Terms and Conditions

This is the Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Auto Detailing LLC (“EAD”, “Corporation”, “our”, “we”, “us”, whether capitalized or lowercase). This describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of any of our websites, portals, email correspondence, and any of our social media channels (collectively, our “Platforms”).

This Term and Conditions was last updated in Febuary 2025.

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants By using any of our Platforms, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, then do not use our Platforms.

Informational Purposes Only

No individual business relationship is formed between you and Corporation as a result of viewing or using our Platforms or submitting a contact request or email. Our Platforms are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. All of the information provided on our Platforms (including the digital content) are resources for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied on as individual advice.

Use of Content

By sharing content with EAD, you grant EAD a license to use, store, reproduce, and distribute the content through EAD. You also acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation in respect of such use, storage, reproduction, or distribution.

No Warranties

EAD is not responsible for and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any content posted on EAD. With the exception of content posted by the EAD members or other EAD staff, content shared on EAD does not reflect the views or opinions of EAD.

Prohibited Behavior.

When using our Platforms, you agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that:

1. violates any law or advocates for dangerous or illegal activities, poses a threat to others, or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including any statements which may defame, harass, stalk or threaten others;

2. you know to be false, misleading or inaccurate;

3. contains or advocates pornography or sexually explicit content, pedophilia, incest, bestiality, or that is otherwise obscene, lewd, or is offensive content, hate speech, abusive, vulgar or profane.

4. is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right;

5. would be considered junk mail, spam or any other form of solicitation;

6. contains images or names of indivuals unless you have the written consent from such persons to do so; and/or

7. contains a virus, trojan horse or other harmful element, or which could interfere with or disrupt our Platforms, servers or networks.

We may, but do not have the obligation to, monitor any information you upload to the Platforms, and we may cooperate with law enforcement with regards to any information you upload.

Use of Information

User does not share or sell information about EAD members to third parties

Sharing Content

Please do not forward or distribute posts or copies of posts, in whole or in part, from EAD without express permission from the original poster and others on the email thread, unless the email specifically provides permission to share the post with wider networks (such as action alerts, job postings, or training announcements). Please do not attribute any EAD posts or extracts from posts by name or forward email messages addressed privately to specific individuals without the author’s permission.

No Responsibility for Subsequent Actions

EAD is not responsible for any decisions or actions you may take based on EAD content. You are responsible for making your own evaluations of EAD content and for the outcomes and consequences of relying or acting upon EAD content. We make no representations or recommendations about the accuracy or applicability of any EAD content.

Complaints

Please direct complaints about EAD content to support@exclusivedetail.us. Do not post complaints on the EAD. EAD will keep confidential all communications with any user submitting complaints or who are the subject of complaints.

Intervention

We have no obligation to but may in our sole discretion intervene in response to any violation of these Terms. Interventions include, without limitation, requesting corrective action to the offending behavior, temporarily suspending a EAD user access, or terminating a user’s membership.

Availability of Service

Availability of this EAD is not guaranteed. We may in our sole discretion discontinue the EAD at any time, without prior warning.

EAD Security

We take reasonable precautions to host and maintain the EAD in a secure manner and to safeguard data from unauthorized use. We cannot, however, ensure the security of any information you transmit to the EAD; you do so at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, even if EAD has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages. In no event will EAD be liable to you for damages arising out of or relating to your inability to access the EAD, or any decision or action you may take based on EAD content.

Changes

EAD reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion without notice. You agree to be bound by such modifications and revisions.

Governing law

These Terms will be governed by Washington law.
